Upload a floor plan or site plan

A BTI plan is best suited for a flat or house, whilst a cadastral plan is best suited for a plot of land. The following file formats are accepted: JPG, PNG.

Find a location on Google Maps

Enter the address: town, street, house number.

Determining the location of an object

Align the guide line with the line of the building’s façade where most of the flat’s windows (or balcony) face, or with the edge of the plot where the entrance is located. Drag both ends of the line separately. At the same time, check where the front door is located.

Line deviation: 0° from north

Orient the site plan

On the floor plan, there is a guide line (orange line) that follows the direction marked on the map. Drag the large orange handle and rotate the floor plan with the mouse until the wall with windows (or a balcony) on the floor plan aligns with this line.

Rotation: 0°

Define the boundaries of the Vastu Purusha mandala

Drag the green lines — one at a time — so that the plan fits entirely within the outline. Draw the boundary along the internal walls of the flat, rather than the load-bearing external walls. Uninsulated balconies and loggias that are not connected to any room may be omitted.

The finished diagram is saved to your device in PNG or PDF format.
